Adrian made the training easy to understand and was great to answer any questions clearly and simply throughout the session. She really made you feel confident in the skills you were learning. I’m certain I could administer CPR/AED/First Aid if the circumstance presented itself. I went through this training many years ago and left knowing full well I would never attempt any of these life-saving techniques because it was so confusing and complicated. Her communication style made a lot of sense because she didn’t add extra non-essential dialogue which kept it simple and clear. Definitely will continue my re-certifications with her!
